What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: crunches, short distance running (less than one mile), lunges, core strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, medicine ball training, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, surprises, and more!

What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. We don’t have typical days - if you wanted the same routine day after day, then you would probably join a fitness center. You can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, Pilates, mat work, some running (less than a mile), weight training, obstacle courses, and jumping rope, Calisthenics such as jumping jacks, push ups and sit ups. On special days, we will go hiking and play sports-related games. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! Molli & Tony teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability." Each day is designed to be fun and different - and never boring.

What do I need to bring to camp?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), running shoes, and a sense of adventure. Everything but the sense of adventure can be purchased at any local Target, Wal-Mart, or Sports Authority for about $15 or less. We’ll give you the details during your initial evaluation.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see as much as 3-5 pound of fat loss after the 10 days. Remember, everyone is different! So results will vary.

What kind of people go to camp?

A great mixture of people. Many people just need a little push to jump start their fitness program; others have a fitness program but are tired of the same old routine and are looking for something fun and different. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. Both novice and veteran exercisers will find boot camp to be a challenging and fun workout experience. Remember - ALL ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!

    • * As long as you have a full medical release from your doctor to workout, with no restrictions, you can attend. If you are not sure then give us a call
  • Is there a refund policy?
  • We have a NO REFUND POLICY.  If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp (if you actually attended the camp you signed up for) if we have a written release from your Doctor. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

Are there shower facilities, or a place where I can get ready for work?

We are located near a 24 Hour Fitness and a LA Fitness. If you have a membership at either of these clubs, you can get ready there.

How long is my drive time?

That depends upon the Boot Camp location. Remember, at 5:30 in the morning the traffic is very light - your drive time is greatly reduced!

What happens after camp is over?

During the post-evaluation, you’ll be re-measured and tested so we can compare those numbers to the numbers from your initial evaluation. We’ll show you the progress you’ve made over the course of the program, and answer any questions you may have.

Can I register for consecutive boot camps?

Sure, as many as 80% of Inland Empire Adventure Boot Camps participants return for a second boot camp.

    How often will we meet?

Participants, depending upon which location you choose will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program . All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 am.

    Why early in the morning?

There are several reasons. Read this article Morning burns more fat

What can I expect to get out of it?

You should make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Camp exercises include programs designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength - and you‘ll look and feel better. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same goals for acquiring a healthier mind and body. And to top it all off we’ll throw in a FREE nutrition seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt.

    What is the cost?

Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee between $199 & $399. That’s twenty hours of instruction - which averages out to just $14.95 per hour. Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified Adventure Fitness trainer for just a fraction of the typical cost.

Do I have to go five days a week?

If you sign up for the five days a week program, well, then yes you do. But we do also offer a four-week program that includes just three days a week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday) for $199.

How many people are in each camp?

The number varies, nationwide boot camp attendance averages between 15 and 40 people. The ratio of boot campers to fitness instructors will never be more than 30 to 1 with the an average of 30 to 2

Do I just send payment and then show up for camp?

We like to keep things simple, but there’s a little more to it than that. After completing the registration form, all boot campers must complete an initial evaluation before the camp begins. The evaluation takes about thirty minutes, during which we will answer any questions you may have, discuss your medical history, and perform simple measurements.

When does the next camp start?

    See Calendar page for details

What if I’m not very physically fit?

That’s what we’re here for! NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.

    Where is it?

You will receive detailed directions before camp begins. See Calendar page

    Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. Its part of the process that lets you improve!

Guest Day is for your family and friends who want to give boot camp a try. We will be conducting other camps later in the year. Please inquire about which days you can bring someone to visit with us.
