Yoga Boot Camp
Yoga Boot Camp is a unique blend of ancient and modern exercises designed to promote wellness and strength on a mental, physical and spiritual level.
Yoga develops flexibility, strength, endurance, and mental clarity that are necessary for people to be successful in life. However, some people stray away from yoga because of its philosophical connotations.
Yoga Boot Camp is the solution. It uses traditional yoga poses without combining prayer, chants, or much meditation. Sport yoga focuses on fitness and athleticism, and can cater to specific sports and cardiovascular needs.
Yoga Boot Camp is open to beginners and yet still contains a more advanced component to each pose for more experienced students. The format, movements and theories are taken and adapted from a variety of sources including Hatha Yoga, T'ai Chi, Pilates, and Posture Analysis as well as traditional sport stretches and warm-ups.
Our instructors will help you eliminate stiffness, improve coordination, prevent injuries and release the accumulated emotional and physical tension that is stored in the body as a result of daily stress and strain.
